Prices and Payment Terms Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of a donation. We or our partners accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept donation payments via PayPal and Zelle. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card or other payment information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card or other source of payment for the donation, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card or other payment company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you, including all applicable taxes, if any. Returns and Refunds There are no refunds, returns or exchanges (and you hereby waive your right to the same). In our sole discretion, we may grant refunds, returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction) that would apply the laws of another jurisdiction. Venue shall rest exclusively in the courts situated in the State of Delaware, New Castle County. If any part of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms. Waiver Any waiver by Student Freedom Initiative of any term or condition set out in these Terms must be in writing and executed by a Student Freedom Initiative employee with the authority to bind us. No waiver by Student Freedom Initiative of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Student Freedom Initiative to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Changes to the Website and the Terms We may update the content on the Website from time to time, but its content is not necessarily complete or up-to-date. Any of the material on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. Additionally, we may modify these Terms from time to time.
