Accountable to the Chief Administrative Officer for execution of a comprehensive human capital management strategy that encompasses total rewards, compensation forecasting, succession planning and talent acquisition. Also responsible for coordination of information technology functions, budget preparation and tracking and marketing/social media management. Strategic planning experience includes spearheading a mentorship program that identified future industry leaders. Expanded the group to a total of 71 members and 50 mentors within 6 months.
Formerly recruited as the 1st HR professional for a rapid-growth start-up cyber security organization. Partnered with executive management to develop HR programming initiatives in alignment with business goals. Managed full cycle recruitment for up to 40 positions per year. Sourced and hired several key executives including the Chief Technology Officer, Director of Information Technology, and senior sales executives. Most recently, held position of Senior Director of Human Resources with a non-profit organization. Served as a member of the Senior Management Team and Board of Director’s Liaison. Partnered with the BOD to recruit the Chief Executive Officer and several key staff members.
