Capacity-Building is intended to increase the resilience and competitiveness of the participating institutions. With the help of our partners, we focus on supporting participating institutions moving through the research continuum to R1 Research Institutions, collaborating with the federal government and other research organizations, defining common shared services solutions, and other needs specifically identified by the institutions.
