Families, Faculty, and Staff Financial Wellness Educational Seminar

Families, Faculty, and Staff Financial Wellness Educational Seminar

Introducing a Financial Wellness Seminar for Student Freedom Initiative Families and HBCU Faculty & Staff

April is Financial Literacy Month! At Prudential, we hear every day that many Americans are not financially prepared for their future. Often people find the financial planning process overwhelming, and they don’t know where to begin. Many are asking their employers for help.

As part of Prudential Financial’s multi-pronged partnership with Student Freedom Initiative (SFI), we will host a financial wellness educational seminar called Prudential PathwaysSM, exclusively for families, faculty, and staff at SFI’s participating Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU).

Prudential PathwaysSM offers practical, down-to-earth information that may help you and your family today, tomorrow, and beyond. It is designed to give you an understanding of the fundamentals of financial wellness through educational seminars.

This financial wellness session is for HBCU families, faculty, and staff and is hosted by Prudential’s Financial Advisor, George R. Barnes.

The seminar will cover important topics, like these:

  • Assessing your current financial situation
  • Setting financial priorities and managing debt
  • Protecting yourself and your assets
  • And more…
